The company is manufacturing an exclusive range of Alkylation products of Para-Cresol, Phenol and Hydroquinone.

Location :

The Factory and Product Development Centre are located in a well developed Industrial area at Lote-Parshuram, District: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra , India . The location is close to Nhava-Sheva / Mumbai Ports . The Corporate office of RCPL is in Mumbai.

Manufacturing Facilities : The facilities are divided into two units.

Unit- 1 : For manufacturing Food Grade Anti-oxidants, BHT, TBHQ &BHA.

Unit- 2 : For manufacturing Petrochemical antioxidants and alkylated phenols.

Quality Assurance :

All the required tests are carried out in the inhouse laboratory and the company is fulfilling the requirements of ISO-900I : 2000 Quality Systems.

• Commenced operations with only BHT manufacturing in 1996.
• Growing consistently at an average rate of 30% per year.
• Introduced petrochemical antioxidants like Gasoline antioxidant, Diesel Stabilisers and ATF antioxidants in 1997.
• Developed and commenced manufacture of alkylated phenols like MBP, 2,6 DTBP in 2001. The only company in the region for these products.
• Introduced TBHQ in 2002.
• Introduced BHA in 2003 ,
• Plant capacity expansion by 100% during 2003.
• All the products developed with in house Research and Development only,
• Introduced ISO 9001 Quality Systems in 2003.
• After establishing leading position in domestic market, commenced export of food grade antioxidants in 2001 and presently exporting to USA , South America , Europe and Middle East [Total 38 countries]
• Commenced manufacture and export of HQMME[P-Methoxy Phenol], Guaiacol and Veratrol during 2006.
