Section 2 – COMPOSITION, INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS :

Section 3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION:

Harmful if swallowed. Irritating to eyes. Very toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.

Section 4. FIRST AID INFORMATION:

After inhalation: fresh air.
After skin contact: wash off with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing. After eye contact: rinse out with plenty of water with the eyelid held wide open. Call in ophtalmologist if necessary .
After swallowing: immediately make victim drink plenty of water, induce vomiting. Call in physician.

Suitable extinguishing media: Spray Water, CO₂, foam, powder.
Special risks: Combustible. Vapours heavier than air. Forms explosive mixtures with air or intense heating. Development of hazardous combustion gases or vapours possible in the event of fire.
Special protective equipment for fire fighting: Do not stay in dangerous zone without self-contained breathing apparatus.
Other information: Prevent fire-fighting water from entering surface water or groundwater

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Sweep up and place in a clearly labeled container for chemical waste.

For Large Spills: Flush spill area with water spray. Prevent runoff from entering drains, sewers, or streams. Dike for later disposal.

Personal Precautionary Measures: Avoid breathing dust or vapor from heated material. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Use only with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly after handling.
Prevention of Fire and Explosion: Keep from contact with oxidizing materials.
Minimize dust generation and accumulation.
Storage: Keep container closed. This material may be used in food. Protect from contamination. Do not store or ship together with odorous substances, toxic substances.

Ventilation: Good general ventilation (typically 10 air changes per hour) should be used. Ventilation rates should be matched to conditions. If applicable, use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to maintain airborne levels below recommended exposure limits. If exposure limits have not been established, maintain airborne levels to an acceptable level.
